Decent Exposure [Show Image]
Plotwise, King's true gender was revealed during when Ryo split her shirt open with a Koh Oh Ken, a feat that could be replicated if it was used as the final blow in AoF1. This could also be performed on Yuri in AoF2, and even followed them both to the first few editions of KoF.

Gnawfest '94
Both Esaka (hero team theme) and Ketchaku (Rugal's second theme) contain samples of some kind of radio announcer from the Digital Underground song "Gutfest '89." Both Esaka and Ketchaku have the phrase "You can hear behind me now that's uh, I think they're called Blue Death" and Ketchaku contains the line "Yeah you can hear they're just having a ball and a hell of a time down here at Gutfest this year." The samples sound slightly distorted and lower in pitch.
