Heroes in a Half Shell
Casey Jones is a vigilante whose mania for stopping criminals borders on psychotic. Jones wears a hockey mask and carries a golf bag full of sports equipment that he uses as weapons. He punishes citizens for every crime he personally convicts them of - from murder to jaywalking. As Casey is fond of beating these criminals to a bloody pulp, he causes friction with both the police, and the law-abiding and honorable Turtles. However, the Turtles will sometimes use his insanity to their advantage when tackling particularly tough foes.
