A master of "Sousetsuken," he runs a dojo with his younger brother Billy. Unlike the quick and agile Billy, his expertise is heavy and powerful offensive moves. Well aware of Shuko's powers, he attempts to stop Billy from attacking the evil organizations, and he unwillingly heads for Bloody Town.

Hailing from LA, he is the older brother of the Ultimate Brothers! He is Billy Lee's older brother, and he aims to be the ultimate winner together with his brother. He is a Sosetsuken martial artist who is always dressed in red. Unlike his younger brother, he aims to become the best together with him, so he doesn't realize that Billy considers him a rival. He is more concerned about perfecting his Sosetsuken than his lover Marian.
