Walter is a knight of "the Crimson Lion Knight Troop" in The Mond und Sonne Drache Empire.
His land was also damaging in the aftermath of the French Revolution.
The empire was asked to help by each country because the revolution was spreading over Europe and was escalating.
In the Empire, the expeditionary force was organizing for suppressing the riot in every country.
But in the middle of the organization, Walter came to know the plan that somebody would make a revolution in this Empire as the troop would go out.
Walter was permitted by the knight's leader to survey conspiracy, and started to investigate it.
He never knew at that time the plan was By far the bigger one than he could imagine.
