The Tournament Begins Anew
CEO of the new weapons corporation, S.I.N., Seth leads the company into new combat technologies, which he isn’t afraid to use on himself. This enhanced being uses the data gathered on the worlds greatest warriors to create a mixed martial arts the likes of which has never been seen. This puppet master now aims to hold a new fighting tournament where he will be able to gather enough data to complete S.I.N.’s BLECE project, their ultimate weapon program. And the fighter that lies at the center of the project is none other than Ryu.
Super Street Fighter IV
The final boss of the game and the one responsible for holding the tournament, Seth is actually one of many genetically engineered replacement bodies created for use by M. Bison.

Fun Facts
Killer Name
Seth's name was initially thought to have basis of his residency in Egypt (which turned out to be rumor), after the evil Egyptian deity Set/Seth. Another rumored name origin stems from the fact that he is essentially Abel's brother, and Seth was the name of the biblical Cain and Abel's brother. While this may hold some water in-universe, Seth is actually named for Capcom community manager Seth "s-kill" Killian.
