Pre History
Otto grew up as a young man who did not know his parents' faces, ending up reserved and unsociable as a result. When he does speak, he usually ends up talking down to others. His sister is his only blood relative, and once her powers began to manifest, Otto's did as well. Unfortunately, they were separated from each other. After the formation of Vermilion, Otto and Silvio were ordered to infiltrate a large military facility as a reward for their superb combat ability. On the "Day of Fate", Otto mysteriously disappeared without warning, leaving no trace behind.
Three years later.
With his weapon of choice "Sleipnir" in hand, Otto aims to defeat Arexis and rescue Yuri.
