The stocky mound of muscle known as Hun is the leader of the Purple Dragons. After becoming the right hand man of The Shredder, Hun opened his ranks of street thugs to Shredder to use in petty crimes. Although he normally uses his massive fists to pound foes, he has been known to use firearms on occasion, or rarely, a sword.

Ha ha ha ha! Your plan worked perfectly. Let Shredder do all the dirty work, setting up the crime empire of the city, and then you snatch it out of his hands. If only he hadn't betrayed you, you would have made him your trusted lieutenant. Now he looks pretty good as a wall hanging, next to those meddlesome Turtles, and that half-wit loony, Casey Jones.
