Pre History
Hooter was a familiar of a famous warlock named Vaspian. Vaspian was killed during the witch hunts, leaving Hooter without a master.
Hooter spent all his time observing the various witch burnings, hoping he would find a way to gain revenge on the closed-minded people that continued this cruel act.
One of these fanatics finally noticed that Hooter was always around. This fanatic captured Hooter after a witch burning and killed him by throwing him into the still-burning fires of the warlock they had just killed.
