Galford is an American-Justice Ninja.
He knew a mysterious ship and foreign illigals who had stayed everywhere in this country, and perceived the existence threatening the peace behind them.
The justice inherited from his father changed him into the blue lighting and made him run.
Under the investigation, he got a surprising information from enemies attacking him.

"The man... who killed my father exists here!"

The father had been shot down in order to protect his child and the assassin had been grinning, at that time.
The disgusting memory made Galford extremely angry like burning and his blue eyes had the anger of fire.

Through the years, Galford traveled the world defeating evil wherever it would arise. A true hero of the people, he fought for justice with a wink for the ladies.

The legend of the blue-eyed ninja and his dog Poppy will last forever.
