Gen Fu's only apprentice and practioner of Xing Yi Quan. Aware of his immaturity as a fighter, he left his mentor and set out on a journey of self-improvement. For some reason, however, Brad has decided to tag along, much to Eliot's annoyance.

Eliot is the only apprentice of the legendary "Immovable Fist," Gen Fu, but he has doubts. Why would Master Gen Fu, who had never taken an apprentice before, chose him as his successor Eliot seeks the answer in the form of the DOA tournament. If he cannot win the tournament, he has no right to carry on Gen Fu's legacy.

A martial arts prodigy, Eliot studied Kung Fu under Gen Fu since he was very little. He was unsure at first why he was chosen as an apprentice, but soon shook off his doubts and sought only to become stronger. At the age of sixteen, he entered his first DEAD OR ALIVE tournament. Eliot is honest and a straight talker, but in spite of being so direct never comes across as a mean person.
