Missed the Boat
Doto Kazahana was removed from the U.S. version of Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 by Bandai due to assuming that nobody would know who he was, having an appearance only in the yet-to-be released Naruto movie. However, in a grand scale of lack of communication, Bandai was not aware that the Naruto movie was being released later in the same month as Ultimate Ninja 2, thus, missing a chance for cross-promotion.
