This will be the first Nintendo console SF mainline-numbered game since SF2 on the Super NES. Street Fighter 6 is also the first Switch 2 game to announce Amiibo support, with a collection of cards as well as new figurines for Luke, Jamie, and Kimberly.

Players can pick up SF6 alone or with the first two seasons of fighter DLC as “Street Fighter 6: Years 1-2 Fighters Edition”.

Street Fighter 6 will be available on Switch 2 launch day, June 5, 2025.
