Raging Blast 2
A supercomputer invented by Dr. Raichi of the Tuffles to wipe out the Saiyan race.
At first Hatchiyack was a device used to absorb hatred, which would then create ghost warriors. But the amount of hatred absorbed was too much for the device to handle, and caused it to morph into a humanoid form that started attacking Goku and the others on its own.
It could be thought of as an amalgamation of hatred from all the Tuffles, who were slaughtered by the Saiyans.
Hatchiyack's incredible power caused Goku and the others a great deal of suffering in battle, but eventually they found its weak point. Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Piccolo and Trunks all attacked at once to destroy it.

Son of lower class Saiyan warrior Bardock, and older brother of Goku.
Unlike Goku, Raditz was raised with a normal Saiyan upbringing, giving him a cruel heart and no feelings of sympathy for his brother Goku. He also had no qualms about using tricks to win in battle, and even gets Goku to lower his defenses during a fight by pretending to have a change of heart.
Born into the lowest class of warriors, Radtiz's latent potential is weak. He hasn't fought many opponents stronger than himself. For this reason, Raditz's power level is very low among Saiyans, and doesn't really compare to the levels of elite warriors like Vegeta and Nappa.
Also, because he has never trained to toughen his tail (the notorious weakness of the Saiyan race), it seems his fellow Saiyans often looked down on him as a weakling.

Tarble is Vegeta's younger brother.
His calm, timid personality makes him shrink from confrontation, and his father King Vegeta ordered him to a remote planet because of this. Tarble is one of the few remaining Saiyans.
He fights an intense battle with the brother duo, Abo and Kado, henchmen of Frieza, and goes to Earth to seek the assistance of Vegeta, to defeat them.
Vegeta then scolds him for depending on a scouter.
His wife Gure is of an alien race that looks completely different than both Earthlings and Saiyans.

One of the few remaining Saiyans, Turles is a lower class Saiyan warrior like Goku.
Although he's the spitting image of Goku, the two are not blood-related. Turles displays a cold blooded, brutal personality.
He partook of the Fruit of the Tree of Might, making him incredibly powerful, even able to defeat Goku's x10 Kaioken.
Turles hopes to one day defeat Frieza and take control of the universe.
