Hailing from LA, he is the older brother of the Ultimate Brothers! He is Billy Lee's older brother, and he aims to be the ultimate winner together with his brother. He is a Sosetsuken martial artist who is always dressed in red. Unlike his younger brother, he aims to become the best together with him, so he doesn't realize that Billy considers him a rival.
