Vachir Kung Fu Panda Storyline Vachir, the Rhino Commander, is in charge of the Chorh-Gom Prison, the facility that was built to house only one prisoner: the infamous Tai Lung. Over the years the Commander became arrogant and overconfident. Equally skilled with both his war hammer and his huge fists, Rhino Commander Vachir uses his bulk and strength to offset his slow and methodical movement.
